Job Overview

Blessed Generations Academy seeks a qualified, mature Christian passionate about Christ-centered early childhood education. Under the Director and Board, the Assistant supports daily operations, staff leadership, and licensing compliance while providing direct care for infants and toddlers and maintaining required staff-to-child ratios.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations, licensing compliance, health, and safety.
- Assist with staff supervision, training, scheduling, and professional development.
- Provide direct childcare and maintain required staff-to-child ratios.
- Support curriculum implementation aligned with BGA’s Christian values and provincial requirements.
- Assist with enrollment, parent communication, facility tours, and special events.
- Maintain accurate records and monitor classroom supplies and facility needs.

Qualifications
- ECE Certificate or Post-Basic ECE qualification.
- Minimum two years working experience with infant/toddler programs.
- Previous leadership or administrative experience preferred.




- Knowledge of childcare licensing, staff-to-child ratios, and health and safety requirements.
- Strong Christian faith, biblical understanding, and a genuine love for children.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Experience:
