Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman/woman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily operations in office, supervise electrical teams, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship. Your expertise will drive project success by managing schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring all work aligns with blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.

Duties

- Lead and supervise electrical crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with codes and specifications
- Manage project budgets by tracking labor, materials, and equipment costs; assist with construction estimating as needed
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, enforce OSHA regulations,



and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in electrical construction or related fields with a strong understanding of electrical systems and installation practices
- Extensive construction experience with knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar tools
- Robust skills in quality control, budgeting, and construction estimating processes
- Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents accurately
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
