Company Description Cadentia Learning is an AI-powered language learning platform focused on helping learners build real speaking fluency by practicing authentic conversation. Learners are encouraged to freely express themselves, switch languages when needed, and receive immediate, personalized corrections and upgrades that become their tailored curriculum. The platform uses spaced review to bring back each learner’s specific mistakes at the optimal time, reinforcing progress until concepts are mastered.

Rather than replacing educators, Cadentia empowers teachers with insights into each student’s needs and provides scalable speaking practice so learners arrive to class ready to communicate confidently.

Role Description The English Tutor will provide online, one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to help learners improve spoken and written English using Cadentia’s platform and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive lessons, guiding learners through structured speaking practice, reinforcing grammar and vocabulary in context, and giving clear, constructive feedback. The tutor will review platform-generated insights, adjust teaching strategies to address individual learning gaps, and maintain accurate records of learner progress.





Collaboration with the Cadentia team to share feedback on learner experience and platform features is expected. This is a full-time, remote role that requires reliable availability across agreed teaching hours.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Tutoring skills, with experience supporting diverse learners at various proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess Online Tutoring and Communication skills to conduct engaging, learner-centered sessions in a virtual environment.
- Candidates should possess solid English Grammar knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and accessibly.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; TESOL, TEFL, or similar certification is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using digital tools and AI-powered platforms, with stable internet access and a skilled remote work setup.
- Demonstrated patience, cultural sensitivity, and a learner-focused mindset, with a commitment to inclusive and supportive teaching practices.
- Previous experience teaching or tutoring online is preferred; familiarity with second language acquisition principles is an advantage.
