Scotian Heat Pumps is growing across Nova Scotia, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters.

No sales or HVAC experience? No problem! We provide paid training, proven conversation guides, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Your role is simple: connect with homeowners in pre-assigned neighborhoods, introduce them to energy-efficient heat pump solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations with our HVAC Advisors.

What You'll Do

- Visit homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Start friendly conversations about energy-effective heat pumps
- Share basic information about available rebates
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Record appointments accurately
- Represent Scotian Heat Pumps professionally
