Supreme Epoxy is hiring dependable, motivated labourers to join our growing flooring installation team. We install epoxy and other concrete coating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces throughout Ontario.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to learn a skilled trade. Previous epoxy flooring experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided.

We are looking for people interested in growing with the company, with opportunities to advance into Lead Installer, Team Leader, and Foreman positions based on performance, reliability, and demonstrated leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with concrete surface preparation, including grinding, scraping, cleaning, and preparing floors for coating.
- Assist with repairing cracks, holes, and other concrete surface imperfections.
- Learn proper mixing and application techniques for epoxy, polyaspartic, decorative flake, and other flooring systems.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, equipment, and materials.
- Help protect surrounding surfaces and maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Follow instructions from lead installers and work efficiently with the crew.
- Follow job site safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment.
- Develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility and eventually lead installation crews.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn,



and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual, with a skilled attitude toward coworkers and clients.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to work safely around construction equipment and follow instructions.
- Flexible availability for day shifts, night shifts, and occasional weekends.
- Reliable transportation to designated meeting points or job sites.
- Previous construction, flooring, painting, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset.
- A valid driver’s licence and experience driving trucks or towing trailers are assets.
