Creating schedules to manage the service delivery of catering by Drivers and Loaders and performance manage teams to ensure maximum efficiency. Interfaces with the Customers' schedules and airport information in real time, optimizing the allocation of workloads to the Drivers / Loaders in accordance with these requirements, safely meeting on time performance Circulates the above requirements throughout the organization as required. ~Highlights to the management team issues relating to customer schedule adherence, airside health and safety incidents and or resource allocations ~Monitors airside activities to ensure compliance to the customers' flight schedules, local airport rules and national guidelines ~Acts as a point of contact between Gate Gourmet airside operations and Airport / Customer Operations Teams ~Bachelor's degree preferred High School diploma required Work Experience ~ 2+ years general work experience in an office or warehouse facility ~1-2 years shipping/receiving experience preferred Project management experience Able to work with little supervision Language / Communication Skills Able to work with little supervision Excellent reading, writing,



and oral communication skills in English Change Agent Fluency in English is required.

Other languages a plus.
