The Role:

Heavy Haul is seeking licensed Class 1 drivers with a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience to operate our Super B deck configurations. We are hiring for both Solo and Team positions. You will be responsible for long-haul trips across Canada, ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of vital freight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle with Super B trailer configurations.
- Plan and execute long-haul routes across Canada, complying with all hours-of-service regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Tarp and strap all loads using appropriate techniques for flat deck/B-train equipment.
- Securely load and unload freight, ensuring load integrity throughout transit.
- Maintain detailed electronic logs (ELD) and all necessary documentation.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.




- Communicate effectively with Heavy Haul dispatch and management.

What We Require (Mandatory):

- Valid Class 1/AZ Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience.
- Recent, hands-on experience hauling Super B or B-Train deck trailers.
- Tarping and strapping experience is a MUST – no exceptions.
- A proven safety record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Robust knowledge of load securement for flat decks.
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD) and cross-border documentation (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and criminal background check.
- For Team Drivers: Must be able to work effectively as a team, with at least one driver meeting the minimum experience requirement.
