We're looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker who takes pride in exceptional work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Position Summary

As part of our production team, you will fabricate, assemble and install custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for a wide range of commercial and custom projects. Working from shop drawings and specifications, you'll produce high-quality work while upholding our standards for craftsmanship, accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate, assemble and install custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
- Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery, CNC equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Work with hardwoods, plywood, laminates, solid surfaces and other specialty materials
- Build laminate components and countertops
- Make sure completed work meets Skyline's quality standards
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Keep the work area clean, organized and protected

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custom millwork fabrication and assembly
- Experience with millwork assembly and custom laminates is a strong asset
- CNC operation experience is an asset (otherwise, our staff will train you)




- Experience with laminate applications and countertop fabrication is an asset
- Comfortable operating a variety of woodworking machinery and tools
- Able to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work
- Self-motivated, dependable and eager to keep learning
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with occasional overtime
- Valid driver's license
- Willing to travel when required
