Experienced Construction Labourers – Immediate Start – Edmonton

We are seeking dependable labourers with previous hands-on construction experience, preferably in civil construction, who are comfortable working on active construction sites and can contribute to the crew with minimal training.

For the remainder of 2026, the required schedule is 12 days on and 2 days off, including weekend work. Applicants must be available for this schedule and have reliable transportation to our reporting location between south Edmonton and Nisku.

Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, project-based, with potential for continued employment

Due to our current project workload, we are looking to hire 2–3 reliable, experienced Construction Labourers for civil construction projects in Edmonton and surrounding areas through the end of December.

There is potential for continued employment beyond this period, depending on winter work availability and projects scheduled for the next construction season.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, groundwork and general civil construction activities
- Move, organize and handle construction materials
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed
- Perform site setup, cleanup and other physically demanding tasks
- Work safely, follow direction and take initiative to keep the crew productive

Requirements
- Previous hands-on construction experience required; civil construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation required




- Reliable attendance, punctuality and robust work ethic
- Ability to follow direction, take initiative and contribute effectively to the crew
- Comfortable performing physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and ability to work around heavy equipment

Location & Hours
- Company base located between south Edmonton and Nisku
- Projects located in Edmonton and surrounding areas
- 12 days on / 2 days off through December 2026
- Approximately 50–60 hours per week, including weekends as scheduled
