Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in daily food prep to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety protocols
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed




- Support catering events and special functions with efficient meal preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and exceptional food service delivery

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation procedures
- Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
