Jack McGee Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Ltd. is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented F&I; Assistant to join our team.

The F&I; Assistant plays an significant role in supporting our Finance & Insurance Managers and ensuring a smooth process from the time a deal is finalized through vehicle delivery and funding. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working with customers and internal departments, and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Insurance Managers throughout the deal process
- Review deal documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to keep deals moving and ensure outstanding items are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is handled confidentially
- Provide general administrative support to the F&I; department as required
- Provide qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers throughout the purchasing and delivery process
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding required documentation and next steps
- Help create a positive, organized, and seamless vehicle delivery experience

Qualifications

- Must currently hold an OMVIC registration or be willing and eligible to obtain OMVIC registration
- Previous automotive, finance, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills and availability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers, lenders,



insurance providers, and internal departments
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn dealership software and systems quickly
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and financial information
