Sarv Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to provide in-home support to ICBC clients in the community. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, dependable, and committed to improving clients’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Farsi to understand their needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions or care needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and services delivered.

Requirements

- Fluency in spoken Farsi is required.
- Previous caregiving, home support,



or healthcare experience is an asset.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care.
- Ability to work independently and provide reliable in-home support.
