About Shine City

Shine City Pressure Washing is a growing, top-rated exterior cleaning company based in Langley, BC. We clean houses, roofs, gutters, windows and driveways across Langley, Surrey and the Fraser Valley, and we put up Christmas lights in the winter. We run the business on our own software, so you spend less time on paperwork and more time with customers and crews.

The Role

You will work directly with our Operations Manager and be trained to take over a big part of that job. Your week is split between selling and running the work:

- In-person quotes: visit homes, walk the property with the customer, answer their questions, take photos and measurements, and close the job.
- Sales: follow up on quotes and knock on doors in neighbourhoods where we are already working.
- Operations: help schedule the crews, check that jobs were done right, solve problems on the day and keep the team on track.
- Field work: jump in on jobs when needed, so you know exactly what you are selling.

Who We Are Looking For

- You are good with people. You can walk up a stranger's driveway and earn their trust in five minutes.
- You think for yourself. When something goes wrong, you find a fix instead of waiting to be told.
- You are organized and you follow through. Nothing falls through the cracks.




- You are comfortable on a phone and a computer, and you learn recent software quickly.
- You want to grow. This role is built for someone who wants to move into management.

Nice to Have

- Sales experience, especially in-home or door-to-door sales
- Experience in home services, a trade, landscaping, construction or as a team lead
- Pressure washing or Christmas light experience

Must Have

- A valid BC driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle (you will drive to customers' homes)
- Clear, confident spoken and written English
- Able to work outdoors, stay on your feet and climb a ladder
- Live within about 30 minutes of Langley

Pay and Schedule

- $25 to $32 an hour. Most people start at $25, and your rate goes up as you take on more of the operations work
- Full-time, mostly Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays in our busy season (spring and summer)
- A clear path to Operations Manager, with pay that grows as you take on more
