We are hiring professional interviewers for an international customer satisfaction research project at Vancouver International Airport.

Interviewers will approach passengers exiting Duty-Free stores and conduct approximately 10-minute surveys about their shopping experiences, satisfaction, and travel habits.

Location: Vancouver International Airport (YVR), BC

Position: Face-to-Face (F2F) Survey Interviewer

Project Dates: October 26 – November 9, 2026

Working Hours: 5 hours per day

Pay Rate: $20 CAD/hour (flat hourly rate)

Open Positions: 5–6 Interviewers

Responsibilities

- Conduct face-to-face interviews with airport passengers.
- Complete surveys accurately using a mobile device or tablet.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude.
- Follow project guidelines, assigned schedules, and airport security requirements.
- Report daily progress to the project manager.

Requirements

- Must be available throughout October 26 – November 9, 2026, for 5 hours per day, with flexibility in daily shift times.
- Previous experience in customer service, interviewing, retail, or market research is strongly preferred.
- Solid English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching strangers in a busy airport environment.
- Must be punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and committed to completing the assigned project.
- Must have valid government-issued identification for airport access authorization.
- Must be willing to provide the required personal information and identification for airport security clearance and client authorization.
- Must strictly follow airport security procedures and confidentiality requirements.




- Preference will be given to applicants who have their own tablet or iPad for conducting surveys.

All selected interviewers must be registered and authorized in advance to access the designated airport work areas.

Your information, identification, and assigned work schedule will be submitted through the appropriate airport security and client authorization process.

Reliability is extremely important. Once authorization is arranged, interviewers are expected to attend all scheduled shifts and remain available throughout the project period, unless fieldwork concludes earlier.
