At Paradise LeisureScapes, we help customers make the most of their pools, hot tubs, and outdoor living spaces. Behind the scenes, there's a lot that goes into keeping things running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who enjoys being part of that process!

We're seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Filter Cleaning & General Support Assistant to join our team.

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and is eager to develop new skills. No previous pool or spa experience is necessary. We'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be cleaning and maintaining pool and hot tub filters, ensuring each one is properly cleaned, inspected, and ready for our customers.

You'll also help with a variety of tasks that keep our property and daily operations running smoothly, including:

- Cleaning, inspecting, and organizing pool and spa filters according to established procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient filter cleaning area.
- Keeping the exterior of our building, grounds, and demo deck clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Assisting with snow removal and maintaining outdoor areas during the winter months.
- Helping with general upkeep of the demo deck to ensure it remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
- Providing occasional assistance with moving, organizing, and handling merchandise.
- Lending a hand in other areas of the business as needed to support the team.

Previous experience is not required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and willing to put in the effort to learn and do the job well.

Spring and summer are our busiest times of year, and dependable availability during peak season is essential. This position involves a variety of responsibilities throughout the year, with duties changing to meet seasonal needs.
