Job Overview

We are seeking experienced flat deck drivers to join our growing team.

Driving position based in Winnipeg will include both city and regional work where you are home at least 5 nights a week. Regional lanes only involve being away 1 night at a time and never on a weekend. City work will include being home every night.

Compensation

Our drivers are professionals and are paid accordingly.

For this position, drivers are paid top industry rates.

For city and short rural lanes, drivers are paid hourly and are fully paid for all waiting time including loading and unloading, paid for pre and post trips and are paid overtime where applicable.

Where driver do an regional overnight lane, drivers are paid a top rate per mile to compensates the driver for being away from home. Any additional waiting while on these regional lanes are also paid by the hour.

Experience and Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of flat deck experience
- Minimum of 2 years of class 1 driving experience
- Valid Class 1 license
- Able to communicate effectively in English
