Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from residential to commercial projects.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structures using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials to meet project specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, moving materials, or site preparation as needed.




- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes through diligent inspections and quality control.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and welding is advantageous.
- Solid attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to adapt to various project requirements.
