Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, precision, and quality in every project.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from residential to commercial projects, contributing directly to the creation of durable and aesthetically appealing structures.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute projects
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or concrete placement
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces




- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship

Skills

- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, and screwdrivers as well as power tools like drills and saws
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions
- Construction experience across residential or commercial projects is highly desirable
