Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly as they approach the counter, creating a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food orders using Clover POS (Point of Sale), ensuring correct entry and processing.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and making change confidently.
- Prepare simple food items as needed, following proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Upsell menu items or specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including food handling stations and dining spaces.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality service.

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover or similar cash register technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Previous experience in cashiering or serving roles within the food industry is a plus.
