We are looking to hire a passionate upbeat front desk agent Night Auditor . Must have at least 1 years experience in guest services. Asset Excel in guests services, communication and reliability. The front desk agent will be responsible for greeting guests to the property , handling guest services , handle daily transactions, receiving payments and end of shift Responsibilities .

Dynamic candidates will need to comfortable in tourism setting boasting local businesses such as recommending dining options, directing key local tourist points and shops and understanding the history of what Kamloops has to offer .

To ensure success you will be skilled and pleasant in challenging situations and take responsibility for the satisfaction of guests from arrival to departure. Preferred candidates will be positive, proactive, and be skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities

- Greeting guests
- Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
- Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
- Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their requests..




- Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
- taking reservations.
- Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
- Performing duties on a daily checklist.
- Professional suit attire is required

Front Desk Agent Requirements: Part time Night Audit / evenings position
- Tourism certification or equivalent
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
- 1+ years of front desk agent experience preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player.
- Physically agile, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week

- Kamloops, BC V2C 2B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
