Front Desk & Sales Associate – Uptown Med Spa Langley

About the Role: Uptown Med Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and sales-driven Front Desk & Sales Associate to create an exceptional client experience while supporting the growth of our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, enjoys building client relationships, and is confident recommending treatments, skincare products, and packages.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Experience: Welcome clients, manage appointments, respond to inquiries, and ensure every client receives a warm and professional experience.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote treatments, skincare products, packages, memberships, and special offers to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Follow up with clients, encourage repeat bookings, and build long-term relationships to support client retention.
- Consultation & Recommendations: Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products based on their goals.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage phone calls, bookings, payments, client records, and daily administrative tasks accurately.
- Team Support:



Work closely with aestheticians and management to promote services, support spa operations, and maintain a welcoming workplace.

Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong sales ability and confidence in promoting services and products.
- Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, aesthetics, and wellness.
- Previous experience in a med spa, beauty clinic, retail, or sales environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with appointment booking systems and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
