Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Staff to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing various front-of-house responsibilities. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to a lively and memorable experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth flow of service
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety regulations
- Handle food service tasks such as food preparation support, serving dishes, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred,



demonstrating familiarity with the food industry standards
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and transaction processing
- Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods
- Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety protocols
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with kitchen experience is a plus

Schedule Monday to Thursday 12pm to Close Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
