Duties

- Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards, including baking, cooking, and food presentation.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies.




- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred, especially in food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Strong skills in baking, cooking, and food presentation.
- Reliable, consistently shows up for work on time and ready to work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable.
