Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Line Cook to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and enthusiasm, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your energy and culinary skills will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items efficiently, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and dishes




- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process and make adjustments as needed
- Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
