E-EXIT Escape Rooms | West Broadway, Vancouver, BC

Do you enjoy working with people, solving puzzles, and getting creative? E-EXIT Escape Rooms is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Game Master to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a outstanding experience.
- Explain game rules, monitor games, provide hints, and reset rooms between bookings.
- Perform basic handiwork, troubleshoot puzzles, and help maintain props and equipment.
- Film and create social media content, including Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
- Assist with social media management, graphic design, and promotional content.
- Help with bookings, customer inquiries, and general daily operations.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Creative, organized,



and comfortable working in a team.
- Basic handiwork and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and filming short videos.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, social media, or entertainment is an asset.
