Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling their vehicles efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Operate cash registers accurately, handle cash transactions, and process credit/debit payments with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station, including fuel pumps, convenience store shelves, and checkout areas
- Conduct product demos for new items or promotional displays to boost sales and enhance customer engagement
- Upsell relevant products such as snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during fueling operations and handle emergency situations calmly and effectively




- Manage inventory levels through merchandising tasks and report low-stock items promptly

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and giving correct change
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers in multiple languages (multilingual/bilingual abilities are a plus)
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos can be advantageous in promoting store offerings
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and phone etiquette is beneficial
- Organizational skills to keep work areas tidy and ensure efficient station operations
