A. O. Smith is hiring five permanent General Labourers for the afternoon shift. The schedule is Monday to Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

This entry-level Class 3 opportunity supports the production of pressure pump tank products.

What you will do

- Learn and perform a Class 3 operation, which may include packaging, scrape and test, CD welder loading, or assembly press operation.
- Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.
- Support production flow and help keep the plant operating efficiently.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Follow company rules, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What you bring
- Grade 12 diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.




- Machine Welding experience is an asset.
- A forklift licence is an asset.
- Advanced health and safety training is an asset (i.e. LOTO, WHMIS, First Aid)
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
