A. O. Smith is hiring one permanent Utility Worker 3 for the day shift. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Utility Worker 3 learns and performs a variety of Class 3 production tasks involved in manufacturing pressure tank products. This is a hands-on role for someone who is versatile, dependable, and comfortable supporting different areas of the plant.

What you will do

- Learn and perform Class 3 operations, which may include packaging, scrape and test, CD welder loading, and assembly press operation.
- Complete tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to quality.
- Move between assigned production activities based on operational needs.
- Support production flow and help keep the plant operating efficiently.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Follow company rules, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What you bring
- Grade 12 diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Welding Quality experience is an asset.




- A forklift license is an asset.
- Advanced health and safety training is an asset (i.e. LOTO, WHMIS, first aid)
- Flexible, self-motivated, and willing to learn a variety of tasks.
