About the Role

Pyrrha is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & eCommerce Specialist to join our Vancouver team.

This role combines graphic design, digital marketing, and hands-on Shopify management. We're looking for an established graphic designer with a strong creative eye, excellent technical skills, and proven experience managing the backend of a Shopify eCommerce store.

Working closely with our Creative Director and Sales team, you'll create compelling print and digital assets, execute email marketing campaigns, and manage the day-to-day content, merchandising, and functionality of our Shopify website.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite and Shopify. You're creative, technically capable, highly organized, and confident managing projects independently while collaborating with a small, dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production

- Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital and print, maintaining consistency with Pyrrha's established brand identity.
- Create visual content for email marketing, social media, website promotions, digital advertising, and product launches.
- Design printed materials, including packaging, product cards, lookbooks, line sheets, retail signage, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Sales team to develop and execute creative concepts and seasonal campaigns.
- Support product photography through image selection, retouching, and preparation of assets for digital and print use.
- Create seasonal wholesale line sheets using Shopify-integrated tools.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with external printers and suppliers.
- Manage creative projects from concept through production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain organized design files and digital assets.

Shopify & eCommerce Management

- Manage day-to-day updates, content, and administration of Pyrrha's Shopify website.
- Create and maintain product listings and product detail pages (PDPs), including descriptions, imagery, SKUs, variants, pricing, tags, and categorization.
- Manage product collections, website navigation, and merchandising to ensure an intuitive and engaging shopping experience.
- Create and update website banners, landing pages, promotional content, blog posts, and press features.
- Coordinate website updates, new product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Manage Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and Shopify Flow automations.
- Maintain customer notifications and transactional communications within Shopify.
- Troubleshoot routine website issues and coordinate with external developers or Shopify support when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve website usability, SEO, product presentation, and customer experience.

Klaviyo & Digital Marketing

- Design, build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.

- Create and maintain branded email templates, automated flows, and customer communications.
- Support subscriber list management, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Work with the Creative Director and Sales team to coordinate and execute the marketing calendar.
- Monitor email and website performance and recommend improvements based on results.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work.
- Proven hands-on experience managing the backend of a Shopify eCommerce store, including product uploads, PDP creation, collections, navigation, and website content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, branding, and digital design best practices.
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork and working with commercial printers.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and eCommerce merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Additional Assets

- Experience with Shopify Plus and Shopify Flow.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Shopify theme customization.
- Experience managing Klaviyo automated flows and customer segmentation.
- Knowledge of SEO, website analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with product photography and image retouching.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflow automation.
- Experience working with luxury, jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Who You Are You're a skilled graphic designer with a strong eye for detail and the technical confidence to manage a Shopify storefront.

You're comfortable moving between creative and operational responsibilities, whether you're designing a marketing campaign, preparing artwork for print, building a Klaviyo newsletter, or uploading a new product collection.

You're proactive, resourceful, and organized. You take ownership of your work, manage competing priorities effectively, and enjoy contributing ideas while working within an established brand.

You understand that thoughtful design and a seamless online shopping experience are equally important,

and you bring the skills and initiative to deliver both.
