We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Grillman to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be the heart of our kitchen’s grilling station, responsible for preparing and cooking delicious grilled dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

- Operate grills and cooking equipment efficiently to prepare a variety of grilled foods according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment
- Prepare ingredients for grilling, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning meats and vegetables
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including regular sanitation of surfaces and tools
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes for customers




- Follow proper food storage protocols to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Support team members with meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and practices is essential
- Ability to operate grilling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry best practices
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks involving heat and movement
- Passion for delivering exceptional food service experiences with attention to detail
