Reliance Foundry Co. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and hands‐on Manager of People and Culture to elevate our HR operations and drive a 1‐3 year strategic vision. You will oversee payroll through Humi, LMIA processes, and compliance while building a high‐trust, high‐performance culture.
The role reports to the CEO and supports the SLT, with one direct report to manage and a focus on organizational design, talent acquisition, and engagement across North America.
