We are currently seeking Health Care Aides to join us at Garneau Hall Seniors Community, a warm and friendly seniors' community in the heart of Edmonton.

What You'll Do As a Health Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents:

- Deliver personalized, respectful care in a home-like setting.
- Assist with all aspects of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support mealtimes by serving, feeding,



and assisting with nutrition.
- Respond to call bells and assist coworkers when needed.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Promote safety and well-being for all residents and team members.
- Contribute to quality improvement and uphold confidentiality standards.

What You Bring:

- A certificate from a recognized Health Care Aide program
- Active, unrestricted registration with CLHA
- Current CPR/BCLS certification for healthcare providers
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to person-centered care and compassionate service.
- Critical thinking skills and a positive, professional attitude.
