Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Assist residents or clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support patients with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a protected and hygienic environment for residents or clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation




- Document care activities accurately in client records and communicate any changes in condition to supervising healthcare professionals

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with patient care, senior care, dementia care
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Certification in caregiving is mandatory
