As a Health & Safety Co-ordinator, you will be essential in co-ordinating onboarding, training, subontractors, certifications and other program requirements for our vast number of clients. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will utilize your core skills in time management and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your premium skills in construction safety and COR certification knowledge will enable you to effectively management client requirements.

By fostering a culture of safety, you will contribute significantly to the organization's commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence of our clients.

Health & Safety Co-ordinator:

You will be performing the following tasks:

- Onboarding new workers
- Booking training
- Manage ISN, ComplyWorks, Avetta, etc.
- Subcontractor management
- Administrative tasks for the company
- Email management for clients
- Task assignment deligation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Claims Management
- Incident Investigations

We are looking for: A team player who is willing to pitch in if necessary in other areas of the company. Someone who can work independently, but also as a team.



You will be willing to work in a face-paced environment and possibly have the ability to work from home on occasion.

The successful candidate possesses the following attributes and skills:

- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Email management is a necessity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, self starting and takes initiative
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Co-ordinate training classes
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and documentation.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize client workloads
- 3+ years of construction safety administration experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Proficient in managing multiple email accounts.
- HSA designation preferred
