Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment (Caterpillar) Operator (NON-UNION) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment such as 30-Ton Excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers (Experienced with CAT Equipment) . This position requires knowledge and the ability to excavate for sewer and watermains, building foundations and Fine Grading Sites.

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment including Excavators, backhoes, and bulldozers,
- Perform tasks such as digging sewer trenches, building foundations, and moving materials
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition by conducting regular inspections
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for operating machinery
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently





Experience:
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment like Caterpillar machinery
- Solid mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Previous experience in sewer/watermain and building construction is a must.
