Join our dynamic team as a Home Comfort Advisor and become a vital part of transforming homeowners’ living environments! In this energetic role, you will engage directly with customers to assess their comfort needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your expertise will help homeowners enhance their quality of life through innovative heating, cooling, and home comfort systems.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate comfort solutions
- Taking measurements, preparing quotes and following up to close sales
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service and expert advice
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Drive business development by identifying new customer opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Recommend suitable HVAC solutions, including: heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioning, gas fireplaces, ductless and multi-zone systems, dual-fuel systems, air handlers and ventilation systems
- Prepare qualified quotations and explain equipment options, pricing, warranties, financing, and available rebate programs




- Coordinate with the installation and operations teams to ensure project details are accurately communicated
- Stay current with HVAC products, rebate programs, financing options, and industry trends
- Manage showroom
- Build relationships with vendors

Requirements

- Previous HVAC sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous sales, lead generation, business development, or appointment-setting experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems is a major asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping clients find the best solutions for their homes
- Able to explain technical information clearly to homeowners in person, by phone and by email
- Valid BC Driver's license
