Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance - Handyman to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Duties

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment
- Perform repairs using welding, schematics interpretation, and mechanical skills to address issues promptly and efficiently
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot and optimize facility automation systems
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks
- Lead small maintenance projects and supervise junior team members or contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of facilities maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards




- Respond swiftly to guest or staff repair requests with professionalism and excellent customer service

Requirements

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with strong mechanical knowledge
- Skilled in electrical work, schematics reading, welding, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance setting
- Excellent communication skills in English for explicit reporting and customer interaction
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and facility layouts effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, welding, and general maintenance practices
