Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain common areas like hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms by cleaning and organizing regularly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and storing linens and towels efficiently




- Support team members during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and sanitation standards
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
