CS Group Canada, a Sopra Steria Group company, is seeking an HR Advisor for Talent Development and cross-functional HR initiatives in Montreal. You will lead IDP processes, training planning, and competency management to support workforce readiness and growth.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will coordinate Health & Safety, DEI, and the Controlled Goods Program, analyze KPIs, and produce dashboards to drive continuous improvement in HR programs.
