1911 Gold is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions at our mining operations in Bissett, Manitoba. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing employee engagement as we advance the True North Gold Project.

You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, recordkeeping, policy development, employee relations, training, perks and payroll administration, and exit interviews to improve retention.
