Responsibilities

- Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing recruiting. Oversee HR program management including onboarding, training & development initiatives, and employee engagement programs to foster continuous growth.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
- Supervise HR operations related to payroll processing.




- Implement process improvements in HR workflows by analyzing data collection and data analysis skills to optimize efficiency.
- Support change management initiatives by developing communication strategies and facilitating organizational transitions smoothly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience with a solid background in human resources management and employee relations.
- Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques including HR sourcing, interviewing skills, and negotiation tactics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
