Toyotetsu Canada Inc. (TTCA) in Norfolk County is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist on a contract basis to support employee relations, policy administration, and compliance in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
You will work with leadership to ensure fair HR practices, manage investigations, onboarding to offboarding, ESA and Human Rights compliance, and maintain HR documentation while fostering a positive workplace culture.
