Technical Lead - Application Support & Enhancements

Experience:

10+ Years

Responsibilities

- Lead L2/L3 production support, minor enhancements, and project delivery across telecom OSS/BSS applications.

- Own major incident management, RCAs, operational governance, and service improvements.

- Provide technical leadership across IBM iSeries, integration platforms, middleware, and contemporary application stacks.

- Review solution designs, code quality, release plans, and change implementations.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, security standards, DR requirements, compliance, and audit readiness.

- Drive transition, KT activities, automation initiatives, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills

- IBM iSeries (AS400), RPG/RPGLE, COBOL, CL/CLLE, DB2 for i

- Java, Oracle, Linux

- IBM MQ, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), WebLogic, REST/SOAP APIs

- Telecom OSS/BSS domain including Billing, Provisioning, Mediation, and Customer Portals

- ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, SDLC

Preferred

- Government of Canada Secret Level II Clearance or eligibility to obtain.

- Experience supporting SOX/PCI regulated environments.
