Avid Health at Home Illinois LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our in-home care team. The role provides essential personal care and daily living support to clients in their homes under physician orders and the supervision of the Client Care Coordinator and RN.

You will assist with ADLs, IADLs, mobility, safety, and light household tasks while maintaining client dignity and privacy according to HIPAA and the care plan.
