We are expanding our network of In-Person Notaries (IPNs) and are looking for qualified, reliable, and client-focused professionals to complete in-person notarization appointments on behalf of NotaryPro.

Position Overview

As an In-Person Notary Public Contractor, you will represent NotaryPro by providing professional notarization and commissioning services to clients in your local area.

NotaryPro will assist with connecting you to clients seeking in-person notarial services. You will be responsible for completing appointments professionally, accurately, and in accordance with applicable provincial or territorial requirements.

This is a flexible contractor opportunity, allowing you to accept appointments based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person notarization and commissioning appointments for NotaryPro clients.
- Verify client identification and witness signatures as required.
- Notarize and commission eligible documents in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed appointments where required.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Communicate with the NotaryPro Operations Team regarding appointment updates, scheduling, or client concerns.
- Maintain a professional and confidential environment for all client appointments.
- Ensure all required notarial seals, stamps, and credentials remain valid and up to date.

Qualifications & Requirements




- Must currently be authorized to perform notarial services in the province or territory where you will be accepting appointments.
- Must be in valuable standing with the applicable regulatory or licensing body, where required.
- Previous experience performing notarizations or commissioning documents is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented.
- Ability to manage appointments independently.
- Access to the appropriate notarial stamp, seal, and supplies.
- Ability to accommodate in-person client appointments within your local area.
- Comfortable using online scheduling and appointment management tools.

Compensation This is an independent contractor position, with compensation based on appointments completed. Payment terms and appointment rates will be discussed during the recruitment process.
