Duties

- Prepare a variety of baked goods daily, including bread, buns, pastries, cookies, and specialty items.
- Decorate cakes and desserts with artistic flair, ensuring each creation is visually appealing and meets customer specifications.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist customers with product selections, answer questions about ingredients or baking techniques, and provide exceptional service.
- Package baked goods carefully for display or sale, ensuring freshness and presentation quality.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area,



including equipment sanitation and organization of supplies.
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

- Experience in baking, cake decorating, or food preparation within a bakery, restaurant, or food industry setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques.
- Strong skills in cake decorating and artistic food presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Kitchen experience including food handling, cooking, and packaging is highly desirable.
