Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Industrial Millwright is responsible for the continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. With at least 3-5 years of experience, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various production machinery to uphold quality standards. This key role demands strong problem-solving and technical skills in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, and conveyor systems
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in mechanical devices
- Repair parts using hand tools and equipment
- Document maintenance and repairs performed
- Maintain safe work practices and a clean environment

Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic License 433A
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
