Role Description We are looking for multiple Senior Electrical Inside Sales Specialist for full-time roles working from any of our Western Canada locations. This team will be responsible for managing select key accounts and supporting our 17 branches with sales support.

The Inside Sales

Specialists will maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction by providing timely, skilled service, proactive account management, electrical technical support and logisitc service/supply chain management.



This role also includes maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and using CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and sales performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Electrical experience.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently.
- Experience in electrical distribution, lighting and/or industrial products, or a related technical field is beneficial.
- Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office, and online sales tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues.
- Relevant experience with datacom, security or telecom products is an asset.
