The firm advises Canadian and international companies on strategic matters involving all areas of intellectual property. As an Intellectual Property Lawyer, you will participate in a variety of matters involving transactional, commercial and contentious aspects of intellectual property. You will advise clients in connection with transactions, due diligence reviews, contract negotiations and matters involving trademarks, copyrights, patents and other intellectual property assets.



Participate in due diligence reviews in commercial and corporate transactions Draft and review legal opinions relating to intellectual property Prepare, negotiate and review various intellectual property agreements Participate in the management of intellectual property disputes Conduct legal research and strategic analysis Collaborate with transactional and litigation teams on multidisciplinary mandates 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in intellectual property ~ Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills ~ Strong legal drafting and analytical skills ~ Solid understanding of trademarks, copyrights and patents ~ Fully bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written Canadian and international client base National platform offering multidisciplinary mandates Long-term advancement opportunities
