Makeapproximately125 calls daily to business owners and CEOs, discussing the benefits of BBB accreditation and building long-term relationships. Effectively use BBB's database to generate leads and consistently document all interactions in the CRM system. Clearly explain the benefits of BBB accreditation by mastering the BBB-approved sales script and adapting it to each business owner's needs.

Complete all BBB accreditation applications using the online platform and ensure accuracy at each stage of the process, collaborating with internal teams when needed. Participatein regular sales meetings, embrace coaching, and take advantage of training opportunities as requested by management. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. with some flexibility to meet business needs.





Support business operations:On occasion,assist the regional director with events and with other duties as assigned by the director of business development. Proventrack recordin B2B sales, customer service, and relationship building. Strong verbal communication skills, including a clear and professional telephone presence.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with business owners. Effective phone presentation and listening skills.

Proficiencyin Microsoft
